I really think 1 star is more appropriate. I've had this chair for a long time and I can tell you it's lazy. There are a few fine razor cuts on the plastic/vinyl composite. (THIS CHAIR IS NOT LEATHER.) Where did they come from? Well, it had to be from the manufacturer. They become more and more obvious over time. The same separation/tearing occurs at some seams. My wheels are locked now. This chair doesn't reach the height of a regular table, which is what I'm used to but never liked. I tried to return it after the first inspection. They wouldn't have taken it back if I hadn't paid an exorbitant return shipping fee. Please check the fine print before purchasing. All in all, I can't/won't recommend it. It's actually one of those items that you have to try on for size and buy locally.
