Cute product that stays in place

I am straight and have thick hair. These cute headbands give me the ability to change up my look without having to manipulate my hair. I even wear them when I wear my hair in a bun. After an 8-10 hour day at work my only complaint is that my head might start to hurt. It won't stop me from buying it again as I'd rather have a headband that stays in place than one that slips through the day.

Pros

Stretchy but not slippery: There is felt material on the back of the beads that helps keep it in place without fussy details, you won't feel any tugging or pinching, also don't worry about your hair getting stuck in jewelry
