I bought this cap a few years ago and it has always been my favorite trucker cap. High-quality workmanship, a little small, people like it. The color has faded over time so I recently bought another hat that is the same. The new hat is identical in design but much smaller. And yes, I take into account the stretching of old hat over time. After getting an old hat, I installed the 4-slot adjustable backrest and it fit well - loose enough to sit low on my head, slightly toward the direction the sun was shining. Now the new hat fits very tight when installed on 2 connectors. I'm thinking of attaching it to a slot, but that will allow the adjustment strap to rotate on a slot and further reinforce the impression that I have an comically large head - which I do, but that's what I'm trying to do . avoid here! So, in summary, this is a quality hat. Note, however, that this manufacturer scales it down, perhaps to save a bit on material costs.
