I use this to make hummingbird food and I need the ratio of 2 cups water to 1 cup sugar to be correct. I checked the measurements with an accurate measuring cup and it was off. 7 cups of water is close to the 8 cup mark. Another problem I have is that it's almost impossible to pour liquid without spilling it on the front of the batter bowl. If it was just water it wouldn't be so bad, but sugar syrup is a gooey mess. I kept it because I needed something big with a handle, but wish it didn't have these issues.
