Review on Desktop Micros, Inc by Deshaun Fisher

Desktop Micros is incredibly professional and efficient. I've been working with them for several years and they have never disappointed me. The customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I dislike is that they are not located in the US. I am in Canada. It would be nice to have American customer service. I am able to communicate with them through email and we have a few phone calls where I am able to get to know them and their team. They are extremely responsive and I have always been satisfied with the work they have done. I like how easy it is to use for both my personal needs in addition to being able to manage clients' computers. The interface could be improved by adding some more features or functionality. There are many other companies out there that offer this service but Desktop Micro's pricing is very competitive compared with their competition. It allows me ease of access to my files from anywhere without having to worry about taking my computer home.
