Okay first of all I got the wrong size on my first order. I ordered the small and got the large which was a big disappointment because this skirt is so pretty! I quickly placed a small backorder for my daughter so she can get to us in time for her trip to Disneyland. It came 2 days later and we couldn't be happier. There are so many tulle skirts at Revain that we accidentally took the description from this one as there were no reviews and the price was lower than others. Feel free to buy one of these from this seller and Revain Prime. My daughter wanted to wear it as a jumpsuit under her baggy skirts. She wanted it to be soft and for the fullness to start at the waist, not the sag. and then stiff tulle at the knees, like most crinolines. She also wanted it to be knee length and no longer than her skirt. This tulle skirt fits and is worth buying! It offers perfect fullness down to the knees. Not too thick and very soft! For reference, my daughter is a size 4-6, 5ft 7in and a bigger waist than 28ft. Not tight, stretches comfortably. He falls straight to his knees and she has long legs. Simply store inside out and fluff up before wearing. It can be worn under a skirt or as a skirt with a belt or tie! You can't see through the skirt. (Note on sizing the large or maybe xl we received was very large, it was even loose on me and I have a 33 waist and 5ft 5, it fit me to my knee when on my natural waist have long legs .There is no size label.)
