Exactly what I expected. Small bag made of clear vinyl with a fold (larger bottom than top) and a sliding zipper. One side is matte instead of crystal clear and I wasn't sure I'd like it but found I did. For a small cosmetic bag in a small purse, it will do. The matte side provides privacy when I take the bag out in public for a better view, and the transparent size makes it easier to see things inside the bag. The ends of the top are pulled up slightly and serve as stoppers for the sliding zipper. Do I think it will withstand a lot of rough handling or years of regular use? no I do not know. I have no unrealistic expectations for this item. I had a stiffer vinyl bag that I just threw away and I'm wondering if it wasn't flexible enough to "survive" even if it was thicker than this. This bag is thin and flexible. It contains an amazing amount of small parts for a purse or car glove box. I'll use some to organize other items in drawers or like packing batteries for a trip if you want to know at a glance how much you have but need something to keep it together and don't use clear plastic containers with rigid walls want.
