Great collar

I have bought many collars over the years and this is by far the best. It's strong and flexible without being bulky. The dog whistle is a nice touch. I seriously considered deducting 2 stars for the horrible packaging. The chain comes in thick heat shrink tubing which is very difficult to remove. I suppose it would take even the most experienced person at least two minutes with a utility knife to cut all of this. I can't see why this is necessary as the chain itself is not that easily damaged. But in the end I found the chain so satisfying that it was worth the bad start.
