Update materials. Unfortunately after my refund they emailed me multiple times asking me to change my star rating to the point where I blocked them. I think it's against Revain's advice to get people to change their rating of your defective product. * I was delighted to get this for our new four legged baby. It seemed like it would be really comfortable, and it's easier to carry and convenient to store since it folds, but I don't like it at all. That looks dangerous. In a locked position, it takes very little pressure to bend its sides, and it takes less force than an average cat to hook its paw from the inside and pull in its sides, allowing for injury and escape. It's like an accident waiting in the wings. I will not use it and would like to return it. The description also said the bed was machine washable, but the label right on it, like daylight, says it's not machine washable.
