Fiction! Works great

Fantastic! Works perfectly. Professionally packaged and shipped. Spirit level, tripod and rod work without any problems. The case for the level is awesome. The base of the tripod actually has rubber boots on sharp spikes. I didn't notice at first that the rubber caps had to be removed because they were slightly pointed. They turned out to be real spikes, but remove the rubber covers to reveal very sharp spikes to keep the tripod from slipping on soft surfaces like dirt or lawn. Rubber boots are great for harder surfaces like stone, concrete or tile. It took a while to get used to making sure the bubble level was really even, but a few turns of the three adjustment knobs centered the bubble and then it was level. Aiming through the scope was not easy. A knob on the right side of the spirit level controls the telescope's zoom, and the lens knob around the viewfinder then ensures precise focusing. If you need to get the right zoom focus first, then set the fine focus. It was hard to remember that the rise and fall in measured pitch is inversely proportional to the feet and inches marked on the stick. All in all this set is amazing. Once you get used to how to set everything up, it's really amazing!
