To be honest I was skeptical about this type of detox device because of the conflicting opinions I found online until I did 2 ionic foot detox sessions with devices that a Person paid $2,000 to use arrays of $125 each and guess what? The effect was no better than that of this apparatus! be clear. The detox sessions I have done using ridiculously expensive equipment have detoxed me very effectively. You will receive instructions both in writing and on DVD. It all seems complicated at first, but after you've done it a few times, it couldn't be easier. The session lasts 30 minutes and is automatically controlled and timed. It will probably take an hour including a 30 minute session total including time for setup and cleaning after you've done this once or twice. some of what your body detoxifies comes out of your feet, it has more to do with the current that goes through the water, through your feet and your body, starting the detoxification process in your body and the toxins coming out over the next few days through sweat, urine and feces.
