Review on Kryptonite Package Compatible 2011 2019 KRISP11 by Brandon Fernandez

Purchased for my 2016 2500 4x4. On the first day of installation, I went into the salon and broke the wishbone in the driveway. Approximately 100 miles with 92,000 factory miles (35,000 with lift). Customer service is excellent, I received a replacement within a few days. I decided to call a second time and was advised that this tension arm would not work for drop arm trucks. It confuses me because they advertise it as "ride, jump, break and they will replace it". I don't understand why the factory drove almost 100 km, and "unbreakable" - 100 km. In a nutshell. Since these intermediate links are pressed in and don't articulate like they did from the factory, I would strongly advise against using this product for off-road use. I paid the shop to have it fitted, 4 Ubers and ended up having to buy a factory tension arm and now today I'm going back to the shop to have it refitted and get a second alignment. That $500 kit ended up costing me over $1,000. I am very unhappy, to say the least.
