This tool was great, easy to use and cuts well. until I decided to stop working! I keep it in a nice box where it is not crowded / not stuck, I rarely paint my nails and after three months it broke! It no longer jams, it is locked in the open position. I've tried everything to find the problem and get it working again, thinking there was NO WAY to make it completely unusable that easily and quickly. But alas, I've come to terms with the fact that I now have that piece of plastic for nothing.
