This tray is great and fits perfectly in its place. For now, you don't want to use the USB ports in the console. I have a 2021 Equinox and the bottom of the tray extends to the top of the USB cable ports. The USB plug is tilted slightly upwards. So when you plug in the USB cable, the box doesn't sit flat anymore and you can't close the center console door. I rarely used my USB sockets in the console in my old car, so I most likely won't be using them in this one. But it would be nice if you could use them if you wanted to. I hate the little tray that came with the car so I keep it to myself. The front of the box shouldn't be that deep. Or if they put the coin holder in front it would most likely work since it's not that deep. That would give more space underneath for the USB cable to the plugin. Update** I found a USB connector with a shorter end and now the compartment fits as it should. The cable is 3 feet long, which allows me to lift the tablet and not have to re-route the USB cable through the hole.
