Not Suitable for Everyone for Nintendo systems

This program is not suitable for people with physical disabilities. It LOVES to tell you when you're obese or overweight, but it measures it using BMI. So if you weight train and tone your muscles, you can lose fat with cardio/aerobic exercise, but if you tone and strengthen your muscles at the same time, you won't necessarily lose weight. This program is too dependent on BMI for a healthy weight. I'm 5'3", so the program wants me to be 124 pounds. Let me tell you that I'm 32 years old and haven't weighed 124 pounds since I was 25. Caviar, so tell me The program alternates that I am overweight and obese. If you struggle with that and are serious about losing weight, this program is not for you. It will track you in relation to your goals and if your weight has increased since the last measurement , it's also quite rude and condescending and forces you to tell you "why" you think you've gained weight during that period of time This doesn't allow you to skip this screen without selecting an option, then it lectures you based on your selection. This part is bloody horrible. I use this program mostly for strength training and yoga exercises. Once I get the hang of these exercises and poses, I'll be working independently of the Wii to get more Wi get recovery and hold the pose. all over long periods of time.

Pros
  • Nintendo systems
Cons
  • Good, but not great
