This program is not suitable for people with physical disabilities. It LOVES to tell you when you're obese or overweight, but it measures it using BMI. So if you weight train and tone your muscles, you can lose fat with cardio/aerobic exercise, but if you tone and strengthen your muscles at the same time, you won't necessarily lose weight.
