Very bright - marker lights

Very bright but a bit longer than they should be causing problems with dash turn signals. I have no idea why, but when my headlights are on, both the left and right arrows on the instrument cluster light up. When I give the signal they flash a little brighter (dashboard indicators) and in the front corners where the actual bulbs are they are very bright, but only when my headlights aren't on. My headlights are on and they are not on. As they are cornering and the front turn signals work when the headlights are on or off it doesn't matter hence the 3 stars.
