Their customer support team was awesome! The sales process of our marketing materials could have been easier, but I think that's just me being nit-picky haha. They were also very upfront with their services so there wasn't too much confusion. We loved all of their services they offered, including SEO/SEM/PPC as well as social media management / content creation. As someone who has had experience working in digital before, it made things alot easier to understand how their products work. The ability to be able to add more people into your team with little effort, it's great that you can have multiple teams so if one person leaves another doesn't fall behind! It would also help having access from anywhere as well which makes my life easier in general but I really dislike how slow things are sometimes when using certain parts of their app or website due too poor internet speeds - this however shouldn’t hinder them much since they seem like such good guys who care about customers/.
