This product has been a nightmare for me. Full Disclosure: I'm currently using it and enjoying it after a few months of work, but it took a lot more effort than it's worth. The first mistake is that they sent two and left me a heavy and bulky package to return (I was notified by Revain the day before delivery that for some reason two would arrive and I had to send one back). The rack came with 11" rack spacing instead of 10". I don't even know how you make a manufacturing error like that and no, the rails are not horizontally adjustable. Kudos to Print3dSteve on Etsy for being able to to make custom rack "ears" for me so I could live with the distance. The door is literally glued together and has no metal frame, so it's slightly crooked. To fix this there are 4 rubber bumper holes so it closes softly and evenly. It would be a good workaround for the production release issue if all 4 bumpers were installed but only one was not installed. After weeks of sending messages to Kenuco support and blatantly lying about "We'll ship the bumpers right away!" and "Your request was lost by our 'delivery department'". every time . In the end I ordered rubber feet and cut them myself. I am amazed that I had to email them dozens of times and was either scammed or just plain lied to. Finally, the lock on the front handle is ridiculously cheap and flimsy. I want it so that it breaks every time I insert the key. Save yourself the hassle. As ingenious as this rack's features are, you can get something better for half the price - something that assembles right the first time.
