The #16 (2.75 oz) Scoop has a blue handle and is the perfect size for scooping out ice cream cones! That's exactly what I wanted. Effortlessly removes even solid ice from the freezer. Cleaning is very easy! I used to order a different size ice cream scoop but it turned out to be too big for ice cream. I might use it to scoop cake batter when making cupcakes, but haven't tried it for that purpose yet. I'm not a chef so I don't understand the different sizes in # or even ounces. I was lucky to get the right size on my second try when ordering.
