Poor workmanship is good for Professional massager

The screw holes in the seat were not spaced far enough to align the metal for the backrest attachment. The company sent me another one to replace and it was the same. Seems to be a nice chair but unfortunately you can't line up the holes so you can attach the backrest. I wanted to love this chair.
