Bad clamping mechanism,
One of the clamping nuts must have a bad bushing as it will jam before the tool can be tightened. Not bad at first glance, but the fact that it can't even inflate and stay in place makes it cheap. I doubt every product has this bug, but roll at your own risk, you've been warned.
