Great to have a back-up battery

Bought this for my weed whacker and sweeper. Great to have 2 batteries so I can finish the job.Seems to work well and I am pleased with the purchase

Waste of $$ best in my review

Purchased in May 2022. Used 3-4 times. Never left on charger after recharging. Battery failed today. Will not charge. First 3 uses battery was very good. Now not so much. Would like money back or new battery but can’t due to 30 day return policy. Stay away from this battery. Find another one.

Very Strong good for me

I don't know if it is coincidence, but when I used this battery with my Black & Decker Hedge Trimmer, the motor burned up. My assumption is, the trimmer was going to fail anyway, not the fault of the battery. However, I can't be certain.

Performs as promised and fits

My 3 year old OEM batts started losing their charge. I use them on B&D blower, weed trimmer, and very occasionally the 12" B&D chain saw.This replacement battery fit all tools and has excellent battery life.

Better than B&D's original

The 1.5 Ah original battery for my B&D leaf blower wouldn't charge fully after less than a year of use, maybe charged it 10 times. I just got the red blinky light after a few minutes of charging. So I bought this replacement, 3.0 Ah. I have only used the blower a few times but so far so good. Blower motor seems to run faster but that might just be my imagination.

Battery failed after less than 1 year

This battery worked as well as the OEM for just over 1 year, but all of a sudden will not take a charge. Getting the rapid red flashing light when charging.

Lasted two years - primarily used in string trimmer

It worked well for two years, but not won't fully charge and dies quickly. My original B&D battery is three years old and still works, but has less time. It's a decent tradeoff for substantially less $$.

Nice after market battery for the Black and Decker Trimmer and Leaf Blower. At half the cost of the "name brand" it works just fine.

Battery for Black & Decker

My husband wanted a 2nd battery for his Black & Decker equipment and he seemed happy with it - this one fit his charger and he says it has charged up. Haven't had it long enough to know longevity or battery life.

Longer lasting Battery

I bought this battery to replace my 40V, 2ah Black & Decker battery. There were cheaper option but I am glad I opted for the 2.5 ah as it really is longer lasting on one charge.

Stopped recharging after 1 year

Bought this to use while the original battery from the manufacturer was being recharged. The original battery still works great, but this one became unusable after only a year of use.

Don't leave battery on charger too long!

Working Great! Make sure you do not leave it on the charger too long. I learned that the hard way with my previous battery. I charge it now and take off the charger ASAP. Working much better!

Works just like the original!

So glad I bought this, before I only had the one battery which didn't last long enough to do the whole yard. Now I've got this battery, I just switch them up when one goes out and can finish the job. Lasts as long as the battery that came with my trimmer and uses the same charger.

It's too early for a review. I charged battery, tried it in my chainsaw, and it provided full power. Ask me next spring about longevity.

Was more powerful then the original battery but after one summer of mild use (maybe 5-6 charges) will no longer change. Waste of money. Do not buy

Lasted one summer: my feedback

It was convenient to have a second battery for my black and decker trimmer and blower.for one season. For that one season it worked as well and lasted as long as the OEM battery. As fall turned to winter I stored this battery and the OEM battery in a cupboard in my mud room - indoors - for the winter. When I put this battery on the charger this spring all I got was a flashing red light. The OEM battery is perfectly fine. If you don't mind renting a battery for a season this would be a fine…

Great customer service

Ordered this battery a few weeks ago. Arrived damaged but contacted seller and they sent a new one. I'd say this battery is definitely more powerful than the manufacturer's battery. Can not speak to longevity but was pleased with the prompt and good customer service by the seller.
