I like that it attaches and removes very smoothly with no "hangups". Better then the B & D battery that came with the tools. Would buy again.

Bought this with a black and decker weedeater and leaf blower, it was suggested with the order for an extra battery. It doesn't fit the weedeater or leaf blower and doesn't fit the charging dock they came with. Very disappointed.

I have only used this battery once but the battery life before recharge seems well longer than what originally came with my Black and Decker trimmer. After a half hour of use, it still had most its charge and the battery wasnt even warm.Great Value

Hi folks, this battery lasts longer than the battery that comes with the set. I'm sure it lasted me an hour & a half or salitly longer, almost steady use. Charges very fast also, seems like it took less than an hour! I'm very glad I bought this.

Used it every two weeks for about three months and now it won’t charge."Update” I changed my rating because the company quickly sent me a replacement. Good to see a company stand by their product!

I purchased a third battery. These are very good replacement batteries. We have a large property with many fruit trees and rely on the string trimmer. A battery is last about 30 minutes. Three batteries allow us to complete the trimming in one day. Spent batteries are fully charged while working with the others.

I purchased this battery just to have a back up for my small chainsaw. I NEVER even used it! yesterday my son was here I went to charge both batteries the Black and Decker no problem this one continuous red blinking light. They are both stored inside my house it is not a temperature problem, just a quality problem. Of course way past the 30 day return. Stay with Black and Decker these are junk!

We just got this battery & it has already gone bad & won’t charge. I just hope I can return it. Getting a Black & Decker brand one to replace it.

Don't waste your money. I bought it for my Black and Decker string trimmer. I tried it out of the box but it wouldn't work. No big deal, I thought it just needed to be charged first. I let it fully charge, at least 24 plus hours, tried it again and it wouldn't work at all.UPDATE: The vendor reached out to me and sent me replacement battery. It works perfectly.

Charged up overnight, used it on older 36 volt weed eater. Worked perfectly, plenty of power, held the charge as long as the new B&D battery when it was purchased new, maybe better.

Have used battery for two weeks with battery operated grass trimmer. Stays charged longer than original battery and more powerful also. Check back in a year to see if it continues to be this effective.

Just received the 40-v two pack for my Black & Decker mower. The original batteries were worn out after four years of use. These showed up fast, charged quickly and seem to be stronger than the original batteries. I purchased these, rather than a different, cheaper pack based on reviews. I can't rate the longevity/battery life, etc. as these are so new. But they appear to be strong and I hope they last a while. My yard is a half acre and these do the job with the power I am looking for.

Charged quickly and lasted at least as long if not longer than the batteries that came with my Black & Decker tools when they were new.

I have a lot of B+D batter powered tools that use this type batter pack, this replacement battery works better than the ones that came with the tools.

I use this Battery for my B+D Weed wacker, so it gets used every two - Three Weeks. I went to charge it Today Oct. 18th 2020 and Red blinking Light on the charger, which means to Hot or Defective Battery. I had let the Battery cool for Two Hrs and it was Cool to the touch and I still get Blinking Red Light so that means Defective Battery. I purchased it on Sept. 11, 2019 That's all the use I got out of it. The Battery is clearly OUT of Warranty. POOR LIFE for THIS Battery.

This little chainsaw was exactly what I needed for small to medium size jobs. I probably pushed it on how big the pieces of would I cut, but this chainsaw had no issues.I purchased a second a battery which I would recommend as it started dying about 45 minutes of on and off cutting. I would highly recommend this unit.

Worked great for about 7 months. However, the company sent me free replacement and I didn't have to return the dead one. No questions asked. They stood behind their product. Received the new one in a few days. I was impressed with their customer service.

Comment Updated on 9/18/2021. It can not be recharged after 12 months with an old 36v charger as it is used to be charged. But, it can be charged again with a new 40 v charger.

A whole lot better than what originally came with the trimmer. Twice the battery life. Honestly I think the original was bad right from the start. I love the trimmer it's a beast.

Wow, this one does last a long time. I have tried several brands to see which one works as good as the original B & D.This one, in my opinion lasts longer than the others I have tried. I am very happy with this battery so far. And I will buy again. It's probably not the cheapest one, but it's the one I prefer for all my B & D products.
