All these little cameras are pretty nice, they were easy to set up and install and I feel good knowing I can always see what's ahead goes. Motion detection seems to work well and I get instant notifications on my phone, but it takes 20-30 seconds for the camera to "wake up" and start recording after a motion alert is detected, so sometimes for the recording to toggle volume , whoever or whatever raised the alarm to start what's already gone, or you're just catching the end of their departure. I'm having the same lag when opening live view, so that's the part that worries me. I want the cameras to turn on faster so we don't miss 30-40 seconds of important footage in an emergency. I've checked and made sure the cameras have a good signal to both the WiFi and the sync hub, so it's not a connection issue, it's a software issue. Hopefully the speed will be improved in future updates.
