Our dog has skin problems and the shirt helps him stay calm and relieves him from constant itching. So we ask more of dog shirts than you might expect, but this shirt has proven itself on all fronts. It fits better than other brands and the measurements really told me the right size. Our barrel weighed 33 pounds. dog wears big. The small sleeves are well positioned and prevent the shirt from slipping back if it wobbles. The fabric is soft, stretches enough, washes well, and is thick enough to be durable and not get hot. I am very comfortable. This one is definitely a winner out of the 6 brands we tried.
