Great customer service, speak to Nick at iSpring

I called and spoke to Nick at iSpring Customer Service when I was looking for a water filtration system. Nick was very helpful. He answered many of my questions about filter cartridges, the different options iSpring has to offer, and iSpring Anti-Calc. Nick is also very knowledgeable about all iSpring products. Nick even pointed me to a local source for water testing when I shared some of my concerns about our well water. One of the main reasons I chose iSpring is Nick's availability on the phone and his quick responses to emails I sent him (with even more questions). I ended up buying a WGB32B-KS filter, a WSP50ARB sump and a WDS-150 anti-limescale device. I knew that the installation is not for beginners. This isn't my first water system so I knew it was going to take some work. From a "DIY" point of view, I find the installation fairly easy. Before purchasing, I read several reviews that some people had problems with leaking fittings in the unit. I'm not sure what they did, but I used teflon tape and some pipe sealant and had no problems. No leaks. Not a very positive point: as I prepared to install it, I unpacked the cartridge and found that it was damaged. I sent the picture to Nick and in less than 24 hours he replied that iSpring would replace it under warranty. He is on the way. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service so far. Once the replacement cartridge arrives and I have time to notice the results I will update this review.
