As for me, with magnetic charging it is often not a problem to charge the bracelet now (with the 4th one I was tired of pulling out the capsule every time), and I don’t see the point in turning on monitoring constantly. I activate only sleep and breathing at night. Alarm clocks can finally be fine-tuned right in the bracelet itself (when compared with 4). The response to raising the wrist is now even too sensitive - the bracelet reacts to any movement of the hand, since this can be adjusted. If you are still using bands 3-4, then this is a good option to upgrade - you will feel a huge difference. If you own 5-6 you will basically only get a big screen. In terms of functionality, the seven did not go far ahead of them. The new feature of the always-on screen is a controversial thing and, it seems to me, will not work for everyone. Still, this is a great bracelet for the money, I definitely recommend it.
