Adding to any previous review: After less than ten months of walking a 13 year old geriatric beagle with it, the potty's metal adjustment slide simply broke in half when I adjusted it a little (he was gaining weight !) Clearly defective part, I contacted the company in confidence but was told this was considered "normal wear and tear" and therefore not covered by their "lifetime warranty". I've had many different brands of martingale collars over the years and none of them have worn out, let alone a small part like this one has failed. Therefore, I will not buy this brand again and will not recommend it to anyone.
