This is an 18 year old diary and memory book for a newborn. The binding is very durable and seems to easily last a lifetime. The paper of the pages is thick and thick, with clear, beautiful writing. The notes on the diary entries are quite nice and well thought out. If you do this every year it will be a fun memorial project. If you only write there once a year, you will be fine. It's not something you have to do every day or even every month to feel like you're on the cutting edge. The Bible and New Testament are a combination of the Old and New Testaments, so this is a Christian-tinged memory book. Well versus, well matched. This is a wonderful book.
