Arrived with scratches and scuffs

I was very disappointed as the item arrived with a few scratches and scuffs. The hitch was needed immediately, but there was no time to replace it. I had to tint with POR15 Rust Preventer and Rustoleum Gloss Black. I installed it the next day. The installation time was around 70 minutes. The touch up time was overnight to allow the rust preventive and paint to dry. The packaging could have been better and probably prevented damage to the paintwork. The clutch was just wrapped in thin silver bubble wrap.
