The first cage was missing an important panel and an extra panel that is not needed was inside. 'The directions were also in French and I needed English. I contacted the company and they were excellent and just sent me a whole new cage and within less than a week I had the new one that was proper and even easier to assemble with English instructions. Nice that the cage is vertical and not horizontal as it takes up so much less space. So far my 2 guinea pigs are choosing certain parts of the cage to remain, but the more adventuresome one seems to like hopping around and doing the ramps. Socks over the ramps are a must so that the pigs feel they can go up and down without sliding. Love that there are 2 doors on front and 2 on the side. All are a must in the end to have access to everything for cleaning or whatever. This company was amazing and I appreciate effectiveness and being willing to right something that was wrong!
