The directions are horrible, the QR code brings you to a weird Facebook page instead of a website or any sort of help. The legs came rusted and the coating falling off, the wheels are also in bad shape. It makes me worried that my Rats can eat away the coating with how easy it flakes. Everything was in the box. Instructions were pretty simple. Only reasons I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was because the ramps are kinda slick and our ferrets couldnt really get up well. We threw some socks over them for a quick fix till we get something else and that worked fine. Only other issue I could see was the locking parts. Cage went together easily. Minor modifications were needed- the ramps are pretty slick for a Guinea pig bit easily remedied by putting tamp covers on. Now he has plenty of space when a cse of the zoomies hits, he enjoys jumping around the cage, sometimes leaping instead of using a ramp, and ever since getting him out of the traditional rectangular cage they sell at pet stores he’s been more active and engaged with everything going on and plays more. I was looking for a cage that I could really reach all the places to clean. I thought the two big side doors would be perfect, which they are! The first cage was missing an important panel and an extra panel that is not needed was inside. 'The directions were also in French and I needed English. I contacted the company and they were excellent and just sent me a whole new cage and within less than a week I had the new one that was proper and even easier to assemble with English instructions. not good for rats even tho it says okay for rats. my rats could slip through the gap in-between the cage bars. we had to put up chicken wire so we could use it, because of how expensive this was. definitely not worth allthe money. it was extremely hard to assemble and the bottom keeps collapsing. also the instructions were not clear, I had to restart multiple times because of something the instructions just assumed you knew.

The only thing that I thought was really frustrating is that the ramps suck, there is nothing for my ferrets to grab onto so they are extremely slippery, I had to tape down some cupboard sticky foam so they could actually use them. Otherwise was easy even with the instructions being somewhat confusing!

Really like the cage very sturdy construction. I just wish the tray on the bottom was deeper. It doesn't hold much bedding which means it needs to be changed more often

My ferrets couldn’t get the ramps so if you’re planning on getting these for ferrets be prepared to modify the ramps to let them use them

So easy to assemble. My Lion Head Rabbit has plenty of room to move about. Easy to clean and move around if need be. That's my feedback.
