I had to drill CORRECT HOLES in the metal. The old holes are now visible.
Would have been a nice table. IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO REPAIR THE PRODUCTION. The assembly took 2 hours. It should have been 20 minutes. Had to run to the hardware store to get a 1/4" metal drill bit for my drill. I will still use it - the size/stepped look is perfect next to my chair.
