Leaks in two places - Accessories

I expected more from Camelbak. I believe this company is the original developer (circa late 1980's) of these tank packs. You would think they could fix it now. This "upgrade" was meant to replace my regular $25 bladder backpack that I've been using for over a year with no leaks. I just had to keep changing buckles and it had few pockets. Pros: I love all the packs and the pack looked like it would last a long time. I hate to return it but. Cons: The MULE chamber leaks at the top, which I believe is a design flaw at the junction of the chamber and hose. First, the chamber leaks at the top of the hole where you put water. Maybe I have a bad one. Second, where the bladder and tubing meet, there is a button to remove the tubing. This button has two solid pieces of plastic on either side to prevent the button from being pushed, but it doesn't. I wanted to use it as a mountain bike backpack to store my tools in. The instruments kept pressing the !@#$%#@$ button and my water ran down my back, buttocks and legs. I've tried unboxing and reboxing everything just to get things moving again. I attempted two trips only to return to the car early. Very disappointed. I was thinking of just putting my old bladder in a new bag, but I paid too much to throw the bladder away. Hope you have better luck when you buy.
