Review on Yost FSV-4 Heavy Duty Forged Swivel 360° by Jeremiah Whiteley

I don't always take the time to write reviews, but every once in a while there's a tool or product that makes me feel like I should give it the proper process it deserves. This Vise is definitely one of them (obviously). It arrived within a week of ordering, had free shipping and the packaging was wonderfully done, double boxed and padded inside, arrived in perfect condition. Beautifully designed and finished in a bright red that will catch your eye in the store. I love that the tips oxidize for durability, that certainly helped in this climate that gets relatively humid at times. However, the performance of the device is surpassed by its looks and thoughtful packaging. It has great clamping force, the rotary base does not move after being clamped with a relatively light touch, it does not take long to be tight enough for a firm and solid work place. The anvil is well made and a good size for the overall design of the device. I applaud the innovation that has been put into the design to adjust device tolerances to compensate for normal wear and tear over time. It is very sweet. It comes with a full lifetime warranty on the device and accents. If the jaws get tangled, the drawbar is bent, the base is torn off, they will replace the part or vise for the customer free of charge. Jost really convinced me with this guy. I am very pleased with the vise itself and its overall performance. Also, it is manufactured, manufactured and distributed in the United States. (and it shows). Thank you Jost!
