Review on Higher Logic Online Community by Steve Guillen

This was my first experience with higher logic and I am so happy that i did! It has been amazing!! Everyone in there customer service team are very helpful and professional. They have helped me solve issues regarding my community membership. There were several problems we had to fix together but they continued working until it became perfect for us. We can't complain about any thing because everything seems great! The features are good as well. All things seem smooth out when using this software which makes user experiences much easier. I like that we can add members with ease, and it's very easy to set up meetings using any device that you have access to. We can also use Skype easily for our video chat meetings. Sometimes, our chats are not able to connect via the website, but it works when we're having a conversation in person. It would be nice if we could have a live video option as well. It has been easy to communicate within my team, and even with clients.
