Kami is awesome - helpful and user friendly - makes Salesforce easier for everyone!!

It's easy for all levels of staff in our organization (Sales/Marketing) - from entry level through executive management! The training was very helpful as well since we have employees with different skill sets within my department who can utilize this product at their own pace without having someone "hold them back". We are using it primarily so I am able update Salesforce records when opportunities come into or go out stage via email communication versus just updating manually each time which…

This is great if your business functions entirely off this tool

The ability for us as Account Managers (AM) to see our account portfolio in one place so we can quickly make sure all of them are aligned with our strategy was very helpful! It's not perfect but it has helped streamline some processes within my organization. I would like more features/functionality from other areas outside of marketing such as sales or operations because you have to jump between different tabs which takes time away from what needs done now. Great solution when paired with good Customer Success

As a small business, the ABM tool was easy to use and had all the functionality we needed. The customer support was always helpful and the integration with Salesforce was seamless. The tool seemed to be updated less frequently than other ABM tools I've used. If you're looking for an easy-to-use ABM tool with excellent customer support, I'd highly recommend.
