This is great if your business functions entirely off this tool

The ability for us as Account Managers (AM) to see our account portfolio in one place so we can quickly make sure all of them are aligned with our strategy was very helpful! It's not perfect but it has helped streamline some processes within my organization. I would like more features/functionality from other areas outside of marketing such as sales or operations because you have to jump between different tabs which takes time away from what needs done now. Having everything under 1 roof makes things easier when trying to find something specific at any given moment.
