Rarely used but good electric lighter. There are no quality problems. I charged it once a night, it works for 2 months. It will get a little warm if used continuously for more than 30 seconds or if you press the button frequently for just a few minutes. This is to be expected (IMO) for a battery powered lighter. The arcs "wear out" so to speak in high winds (or in my case they're just trying to blow them off the ground with my lungs), but the current remains continuous and should have no problem igniting the objects of your craving. . The contact points may need regular cleaning if you are using them to light cigarettes, but may not be for firecrackers/punks or incense. The bows appear to run on some sort of timer and turn off after activating for 7 seconds. If you're like me, you must remember to charge it at least every 6 months for regular battery maintenance.
