The ease of use to navigate through the system is one thing I like most about this software. It also makes it easy to track all tasks, projects, clients etc related to a client or project. This would be great if you have multiple users working with your account in different locations. If there are many people using the same login details then it can get confusing at times when trying to find what was done by who. You need to make sure that everyone has their own separate profile so they don't end up doing each other's work! We've been able to keep our accounts organised much better now.
