Review on Channel Plus by Gary Shakeone

I like how easy it is to get set up with our agency! The customer service at CHANNEL PLUS has been fantastic as we've tried to integrate their software into ours over time. We were able to find the right products to serve our clients' needs while having quick turnaround times when changes needed to be made or new services offered. Their reporting options are limited in comparison to other systems out there which makes planning future growth of our business difficult. It's not so much what you can do but rather what they have available for you to use that helps your decision process. As far as my experience goes, everything about this product has worked exceptionally well. There isn't anything specific that I dislike about this program; however, I'd say if you're looking to transition from another platform then take some time getting used to the layout before going live. We had issues with a company called TACO.
