I can't tell you how many compliments I get from everyone when I use this delivery device. I deliver to everyone in town, restaurants, donut shops, pizza places, diners, burger joints, shake shops, grocery stores you name it and every person who sees me doing it immediately compliments what great gear it is . use and how smart I was to grab it. But I will say that for all its quality and strength, one detail must be missing from its design: a locking mechanism to keep it open when I need it. Works fine, just won't open. Not a big deal, but keeping it upright while standing with just a small drink would be helpful. Overall again a great product, durable material. I recommend this to anyone making a living.
