Review on 💨 Powerful, Silent 12025 Fan: 120x120x25mm, 12cm Computer Case Cooling Fan, 12V DC, 2Pin 2 Wire, 1600RPM, 2-Pack by Eric Krull

Each fan is capable of delivering 73 CFM of airflow, but not all in one direction. Based on the CFM advertised, these fans were meant to lift the hovercraft project I was planning with my son. When the fans couldn't even inflate the hovercraft's skirt, I assumed I grossly miscalculated the payload the airflow could lift, since I could feel the air being blown out of the air intake. I attached one of the fans to a bag with a lock to verify that it worked. The fan could not fully inflate the zip bag when the fan was up. Again, a significant amount of air is blown out of the air intake. Eventually I just stood one of the fans upright and turned it on. Approximately 40-45% of the air was still blown out of the air intake. I finally found that the chamfer on the inside of the case was too far forward compared to the design of the fan blade design. As air exits the wings, some of it is pulled away from the intended airflow. I would return them but cut off the connectors to connect to the battery.
