Functionally identical to the dealer part for less than half the price.

Same or better than OEM. The length, attachment points and rigidity were the same as the old van. The captured rubber bushing is made slightly differently, but works well and is probably easier to install than the odd-shaped factory bushing. Perfectly solved my problem with opening the hood!
