This ruler set is *amazing*, just what I needed! I can't count the number of times I've sat at my computer, either to order something and find out the exact dimensions, or to write a review and want to accurately describe the dimensions, which resulted in me getting up, going down where my tape measure is, going back up, etc. (Why not leave the tape measure on my desk? Because I usually need it where I keep it.) So I decided to order a ruler for my desk . When I started looking at the rulers, there were both ordinary wooden rulers (minus: fragments, the metal edge (if any) is usually sharp, falls off over time) and ordinary plastic rulers (minus: they break easily and raised divisions). and numbers are usually not very accurate, paint rubs off raised numbers and subdivisions making them difficult to read in my experience, etc.). Then came this beautiful set! Not just the lack of downsides of cheap wood and plastic, but two for the price of one! Also, the markings are *very* clear and easy to read, with metric on one side and imperial on the other - *and* - bonus! Conversion chart on the back! I now have a ruler on my desk and another one in other parts as well of the house where I might need to measure something (in the kitchen, in the laundry room, in the bedroom. ). This is a really great set and will probably be the last set of rules you will ever need to buy (at least for yourself, they will make a great gift for a student)!
