This rack is best suited for liter canisters and deserves 5 stars. The larger/thinner 8 ounce jelly cans were not secure and tended to tip over easily - 2 stars. The quart jars were held securely enough, but as they have made this rack versatile only four cans can be placed on it. My tin can holds 7 cans, so being able to only make 4 at a time was an unacceptable waste of time and space. You need to make a separate rack for 7 liter cans and a separate rack for smaller cans. I'd rather buy individual stands that work really well than an all-in-one that's good for one task and mediocre for another.
