It's only a 2 inch rib around the waist...
This oversized skirt fits me and I love the material, but none of the reviews mentioned that the ribs are just a big chunk of ribbing around the waist. It's not covered with fabric and makes the skirt look very cheap... it's like a nice scarf with an elastic top. The skirt is back.
