First let me say YES they fit 5.7 VORTEC 350 EFI if that's what you're here for I have them on mine 1999 k2500 set. Suburban with a 5.7 liter VORTEC and they fit perfectly, gave 3 stars because they sent me an open box, the packaging was cut open and you could tell they were installed because the rings were twisted around the screw holes. To be honest they have to give me $10 credit but for you experienced Amazon buyers you know that will never happen.
