Review on SGT KNOTS Twisted ProManila - UnManila, Lightweight Synthetic Rope For DIY Projects, Marine And Commercial Use (3/8" X 400Ft, 3 Strand Twisted) by Brian Dildine

A darn good rope in my review

I've been meaning to write a review for a while now, seeing as how I've been very pleased with the rope thus far.I purchased 25 feet of the SGT Knots Manila rope, and I can say without a doubt it suits my needs to a tee. I use it primarily for Alexander Zass-style dynamic tension/isometric exercises. It was recommended that I use a chain, however I felt a chain would be too awkward and cumbersome. The 2-inch thick SGT Knots rope is much lighter and flexible in comparison and allows me to store it and use it more conveniently than an unwieldly chain.Overall, the rope offers me plenty of resistance for doing various isometric pulling exercises; as an added bonus the 2-inch thickness also is good for developing grip strength. I am very grateful for this rope for the exercise benefits. Soon, I will start incorporating it more with my kettlebell routines.Keep up the quality work, SGT. Knots!
